Hello! I’m Mayrim, co-founder of Levitate along with Amy, and I’d love to share a bit about what we do and how this incredible adventure began.
Since I arrived in Barcelona, I fell in love with every corner, its vibrant energy, and its ability to surprise me every day. I’ve always had a special inclination for discovering unique places and experiencing things with that certain “je ne sais quoi.” Over time, I explored the city, uncovered hidden spots, and found spaces filled with history. For me, Barcelona isn’t just where I live; it’s my constant source of inspiration, a blank canvas where I can create unforgettable experiences.
When I met Amy, I found someone who shared my vision. Together, we see Barcelona not as just a city but as a place that continuously inspires us. And that’s what we want to convey with Levitate: to transform the city into something you can feel, explore, and enjoy from a completely new perspective.
At Levitate, we don’t just organize events; we design moments that awaken all the senses. We collaborate with local creators—artists, chefs, musicians—who bring their talent to make each experience unique and authentic. Our mission is to share the magic of Barcelona with those who join us, ensuring that each person takes a piece of the city with them in their sensory memory.

Hellooo! I’m Amy, co-founder of Levitate 🙂
I came to Barcelona 19 years ago and never left. It has been a love story ever since with ups and downs but wouldn’t change it for the world. Over this time, I’ve learned not only to love this city but to make it my own.
Barcelona is a city that invites you to enjoy it with all your senses, and from this certainty, Levitate was born. The idea of creating unique experiences along with Mayrim, with Barcelona’s background is a dream, and developing events for people and companies in such a competitive environment is a challenge we’re excited to embrace.
With that said, knowing that you’ve probably seen our website before arriving at the blog, I’d like to welcome you to this Levitating world that is ours but can also be yours.
