By contracting Levitate Barcelona’s services, users agree to comply with the established terms and conditions. This includes providing accurate and complete information when making bookings and paying for the requested services within the agreed upon deadlines. Users also agree to abide by Levitate Barcelona’s policies and procedures during event execution. Levitate Barcelona is committed to conducting planned events with professionalism and dedication, meeting the agreed upon requirements and expectations.
3. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policies
Payments: To ensure the client’s participation in an event, an initial payment will be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made before the specified deadline before the event. We accept a variety of payment methods for customer convenience, including bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal.
Refunds and Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require event cancellations. To request a refund, the client must notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the time prior to the event and the expenses already incurred by Levitate Barcelona, a full or partial refund will be applied. In cases of cancellations within a shorter timeframe, we may retain a cancellation fee to cover administrative and booking costs.
4. Management of Intellectual Property Rights
Levitate Barcelona reserves intellectual property rights over content created during events and experiences. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, videos, texts, and designs. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without permission is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Levitate Barcelona is not liable for errors, omissions, or damages suffered by users during events, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of Levitate Barcelona or its employees. Users participate in events at their own risk and must follow instructions and recommendations provided by Levitate Barcelona staff to ensure their safety.
