This 2.5 hour event invites you to unwind and connect with the spirit of Barcelona through the evocative music of Spanish composers, while enjoying a delightful cava tasting, paired with delicacies. Our sommelier will guide you through the nuances of each cava. And our pianist will show you the power of music through history. This experience is designed to create unforgettable moments, where the senses of sound and taste harmonize perfectly.
Overview
The piano studio is a unique school and cultural space in Barcelona, known for its founders that were mentored by Alicia de Larrocha itself, and their dedication to preserving and promoting classical music.
The cava served is selected from local wineries, representing the region’s passion for crafting this iconic sparkling wine. By pairing exquisite cava with the evocative sounds of a grand piano, this experience is a tribute to Catalan traditions of both music and winemaking.
Itinerary
Start Time: 6:00 PM
6:00 PM – Reception and Welcome: Participants will be greeted at piano studio with a brief introduction to the experience, the space, and the experts who will guide the evening.
6:30 PM – Classical Music Concert: Enjoy a live concert featuring a repertoire of classical pieces performed by the pianists.
7:30PM – Wine and Cava Tasting: A specialized sommelier will guide you through a tasting of three to four local wines and cava, explaining the characteristics of each and how they pair with a selection of cheeses, fruits, and cured meats.
8:30 PM – Closing and Networking: The evening will end with the opportunity to purchase the wines you’ve tasted, chat with the sommelier and musicians, or simply enjoy the atmosphere.
Conditions
Punctuality: It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the start time. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee entry without disrupting the concert.
Additional cava purchases are not included in the workshop price.
Minimum Age: 18 years (due to alcohol consumption).
